Her work focuses on anxiety and trauma therapy for women and the LGBTQ+ community, but she also has experience in other areas, including mood disorders, ADHD, grief, and substance use disorders.
Elisabeth treats adults over 18 years old who reside in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Approach
Elisabeth believes it is important to ground therapeutic work in theoretical knowledge, while also tailoring care so that each individual is provided highly personalized and empathic treatment. Elisabeth’s approach is warm, respectful and collaborative, with a healthy dose of humor.
Elisabeth believes therapy serves many purposes. It is a tool that can be used to help you better understand yourself and others, build on your abilities to manage difficult emotions and situations, help you live closer to your values, and heal wounds that have happened over the course of a lifetime. She recognizes engaging in therapy can be difficult, and, at times, uncomfortable.
It may have taken you a long time to feel ready to address things that have been bothering you. Elisabeth provides a welcoming space where she helps people move through discomfort into healing.
Elisabeth has training in many evidence-based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

Work with Elisabeth
Psychotherapy is an investment in yourself that requires a commitment of your time and financial resources.
There are several benefits to out-of-network therapy, including keeping your sessions private from your family and your insurance provider, no referral requirements from your primary care physician, and the freedom to find the best provider to suit your personality and goals for therapy. Many people also note they end up paying for almost all of their sessions out-of-pocket before reaching their insurance deductible, so there may not be any savings in comparison with in-network therapy.
Fees
60 minute follow-up sessions (1-60 minutes): $150.00
90 minute follow-up sessions (61-90 minutes): $225.00
